Annual report to the legislature by the commissioner of administration regarding the Minnesota Data Security and Privacy Act (Minn. Stat. 15.162-15.168), submitted in compliance with Minnesota Session Laws 1974, Chapter 479, Section 2. Describes efforts undertaken by the Administration Department and the Intergovernmental Information Systems Advisory Council to implement the statute. Also includes information on sources of data on individuals, obtained through a survey that sampled a number of counties and municipalities.
